Working at the heart of an ambitious transformation programme, you’ll lead efforts to secure the investment, partnerships, and resources needed to drive lasting change in suicide prevention. This is an exciting opportunity to combine strategic fundraising expertise with a genuine passion for collaboration and sector impact.

You will join an alliance of organisations, individual professionals, and people with lived and living experience, all united by a shared vision: transforming suicide prevention and ensuring that fewer lives are lost to suicide.

A new role supporting our transformation

This is a new role, joining our Executive Lead and the Lived Experience Network Manager. We are seeking an experienced senior fundraising professional who is entrepreneurial and has experience working in small charities or start-ups, or building a fundraising function in a larger organisation.

You will lead the development and delivery of an income generation strategy that supports the implementation of our ambitious three-year transformation plan. You will also be responsible for fundraising operations at all levels during this early phase of developing our fundraising function. This includes funder prospecting, developing, submitting, and managing funding applications, as well as understanding customer journeys and CRMs.
