Adult self-harm management toolkit

This document is designed for clinicians, professionals, and allied health professionals to help identify and respond to signs of self-harm. It aims to raise awareness about self-harm and provide guidance on where to find support.

The toolkit is intended for adults aged 17 and older with a neurotypical presentation. However, it does not include the specialised guidance needed for managing self-harm in the neurodiverse community, which would require further exploration within the broader suicide prevention framework
