Samaritans: Insights from experience: alcohol and suicide

Following survey activity late in 2021 looking at alcohol use, suicide and self-harm, the Suicide Prevention Consortium has published a policy briefing and two-page ‘snapshot’ with findings and recommendations. Based on survey responses from 125 people with lived experience and 33 practitioners, the briefing highlights four key findings and associated recommendations, adding value to the existing evidence base in this area.
