BMR are fiercely committed to an integrated model of workplace wellbeing using a systematic and data-driven approach that’s focused on identifying and reducing sources of stress, enabling employees to flourish. You can’t magic away employee stress by focusing on “fixing” the employees. They are not the problem. Workplace stress is a symptom. Its root cause is often the workplace environment or work design. This is what needs identifying and fixing. This is what we enable businesses to do.

Our work in suicide prevention

Providing training and support to organisations to understand and tackle the issues around mental health and wellbeing by getting to the root cause of the issue. We provide MHFA training, SFA training and encourage businesses to take a preventative approach when it comes to mental health.

Our current priorities

Our priority is to ensure that workplace mental health and wellbeing is prioritised at board level in all organisations, recognised as a measurable key performance indicator (KPI) both financially and culturally. We also strive to ensure that organisations carry out risk assessments for psychosocial hazards in line with UK law.

Our current challenges

Lack of understanding from leaders on why they need to do this due to their lack of understanding on the cost to their business that already exists. Funding and budgets are also a challenge.
