RightLines UK is a small community interest company (CIC) dedicated to working with young people who feel the need to self harm to help them develop understanding and strength to stop. We do this by providing remote one to one services, webchat and direct messaging; each of these are confidential, secure and can be done anonymously. Privacy and confidentiality is vital, although the safety of the young person is always paramount. We are building a safe and thriving community on various social media platforms, aiming to be easily accessible to our audience.

How does your organisation contribute to preventing suicide and supporting those affected by it?

We work on early intervention with young people around self-harm, aiming to reduce the risk of suicide. We also engage with young people who actively think, plan and sometimes act on suicidal thoughts with intent, and support them to develop more positive understanding to help prevent suicide and self-harm.
