NCISH Toolkit for specialist mental health services and primary care

The National Confidential Inquiry into Suicide and Safety in Mental Health (NCISH) has collected in-depth information on all suicides in the UK since
1996, with the overall aim of improving safety for all mental health patients.

This toolkit is intended to be used as a basis for self-assessment by mental health care providers and responses should ideally be based on recent local audit data or equivalent evidence.

This updated edition of the toolkit was published in September 2022.
