CSCM is a crowd management company that supplies event safety teams. Crowd Management Safety Stewards, SIA licensed Door Supervisors, Close Protection Operatives and more. CSCM invests heavily in staff welfare and have a dedicated staff welfare team.

Our work in suicide prevention

Our welfare team have taken mental health first aid training. We also ensure our welfare team undertake the Zero Suicide Alliance training. Our Managing Director also has undertaken the Suicide First Aid Lite course.
